ON THE JOB TRAINING (OJT) IS THE BEST TRAINING METHOD

Many engineers not passing interviews because their skills do not meet the skill level required by the company.

These skills are not taught at university, but in internal company training named On the Job Training (OJT), where employees are trained using real project and mentored by Senior Engineers, so that the competencies will be 100% in line with what the company need.

Unfortunately, OJT is only available to employees. Non-employees do not have the opportunity to learn this skill. For this reason, we created online training system based on the OJT concept for the public.

At TERAPAN.ID, you will learn from video tutorials and be trained to work on cases equivalent to real projects, under the guidance of a Mentor (Senior Engineer Practitioner).
